I have been walking past this place for 2 years on my way to work every day, and today I went in for the first time. The waiting area needs a clean, but I was very surprised with the food, probably the most tasty burgers I have had in a couple of years and good sizes, I also ordered some large fries which came in a box and were tasty and crunchy. I will go back again.

The Aussie Rider burger is what I ordered and it was sensational. Very flavoursome. Also ordered buffalo wings and onion rings and both were good. But burger was the highlight. Great service and really good prices as well. We'll be back.

Thick Buns's standard cheeseburger tastes almost exactly like a McDonalds cheeseburger, for almost the same cost, but probably over double the size. Their chicken burger reminded me of the classic Maccas McChicken, but also an actual proper portion size!
Thick buns has amazingly greasy food, at a fantastic price. The only con for me is that it's essentially take out only. I mean, they have one small table in the store and that's it - which is totally fine - just don't come expecting a dine-in experience.
I'll definitely be back, and I'm sad I don't like walking distance from the store or I'd be chowing down burgers at least once per week.

Cheap and super filling. The large chips are huge and the milkshakes are soooo yummy. Even just a cheeseburger (~$6.5) was enough plus half a large chips :) The wait time is very low but you order in advance online. Highly recommend.

This place..... is so amazing, so delicious, so comfy, so genuine. Really really satisfied each time we've ordered. The food is perfect. They are my son and my new absolute favourite place to give our money to lol. They are nice and prompt and we just love it.. we love the little shop - it's simple and how an awesome little burger shop should be.. though their burgers are far from little and very much AMAZING. (And the wings, and the chips, and the deserts and the staff). So thank you
